Following the legacy of our esteemed project Position Swap 3.0 wherein a drastic training session for the Members is held, this time we took a step ahead by reaching a higher level of building leaders.
The Project consisted of forming 7 Rotaract Clubs who were provided with a team each led by the Presidents. Every club targeted all main avenues and support functions through initiating various projects. An emailing chain was formed between the Clubs and the District for proper communication. The Clubs were guided the District who helped them evolve through their roots. There were Buddy Council Members and a Mentor for each Club. Also, to attain maximum gain from the experience of our Past Alumnis, they were also included in the Project. According to the usual Rotaract functioning, the Clubs were also encouraged to host incoming IDYEs leading to a great bond being formed between them and the Clubs.
Informative knowledge about how a Club functions, basic rules and regulations regarding the posts, time management, team work and cooperation, leadership qualities, Standard Rotaract format, gaining experiences over the years, etc. was witnessed by each member of Position Swap. There were training sessions which were conducted with the Interactors as well.
A Project that continues to inculcate values of True Rotaract within each Member.
