The first thought that I had after looking at the image was that of unrequited love, where a boy was seeing the girl he loves walk away from him but I am not going to write about that. I will write about a pain worse than that.

For me the image shows the pain a father feels. Yes, a father. He raises his daughter like a princess all his life. Lives his life for her, knowing that one day she will leave to lead her own life with the man she loves. This picture portrays exactly what the father feels at that very moment when he is seeing his daughter walking away into the sunset with the man she loves.

All the years and memories he has had with his daughter- the first piggyback walk, her first word, her first dress, her first smile, dropping her to school for the first time, her high school graduation, her first date, her first prom, consoling her for her first heart break, those video calls when she left the town to study.

But above all this, he knew that she would be happy, for, his daughter is finally a queen to someone but will always be a princess to him!
